The Sleeping Beauty and Other Fairy Tales From the Old French (1910)

To kick off our Public Domain Hour, I’d like to start with some of my favorite finds from the Internet Archive: fairy tales and children’s books.  This week we bring you The Sleeping Beauty and Other Fairy Tales from the Old French (1910), most of which you will recognize from the Charles Perrault stories, though these are retold by Aurthur Quiller Couch.  This lovely edition is illustrated by Edmund Dulac, a favorite among the Logos employees.  Below you will find the a link to a PDF version of the book, as well as an embeded book reader, which will let you browse the book from our website.

Enjoy!
