I would like to say that I greatly appreciate the customer service provided to me during my visit to this store. I appreciated how educated the workers were about the locations of my specific requests. I loved how friendly everyone was and I left the store with a huge smile on my face. I found it very impressive that each employee knew exactly where to direct me, without the help of a computer search. Everyone seems to know their books! I had a great experience.
