We are trying to figure out how to fix this, but until we do, here is a way around it:
In the Internet Explorer menu, navigate to Tools. Under Tools, highlight Compatibility View and then click on it. This will put a check mark next to it. That should fix the problem.
The header on our site will still be ugly (sorry, haven’t figured a way around that yet) but at least you will be able to view everything!
And if anyone out there knows how to fix this, by all means, let us know.
P.S. We had to actually include a picture of the blank annoying window in this page because the ACTUAL blank annoying window covered up part of the instructions for how to get rid of it!
